Bringing new life and design to old pieces
The ideal piece of furniture, designed to match your needs and personal style, is only an email away. Lydia is passionate about collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life.
I started painting my own furniture in 2019, shortly after becoming a mum. What began as a hobby quickly became a passion – I loved bringing my design eye to furniture. I’m drawn to detailed, quirky, one-of-a-kind pieces that you just won’t find on the high street. Sustainability is a big part of what I do too: I love giving unloved pieces a second life, designing them around interior spaces and creating a polished, designer look.
I take on small cabinets, mirrors, chests of drawers, sideboards, stools, coffee tables, bathroom units, chairs, and built-in furniture projects. I also offer on-site work for built-in pieces and can travel to your home for these enquiries.
Please email your design ideas or theme, your location, and the approximate dimensions of the space (HxWxD), and photos are very helpful. I will then be able to provide an estimate for you.
You’re welcome to drop your piece off at my workshop in Leicestershire. Alternatively, I can take deliveries with an insured courier service.
If you’d like to discuss a project, please get in touch via my enquiry form – I’d be delighted to help and look forward to hearing from you.
Once a price has been approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront.
I use Annie Sloan, water-based paints as part of my commitment to reducing environmental impact. Paint is ordered especially for each bespoke project, ensuring the right colours, finishes and quantities for your piece.
